New owners will need to establish an account and get new equipment. They will be able to help you! Owners selling unit must return equipment to an Xfinity store or will end up being charged for it.
Do not put batteries, tires, oil, transmission fluid, hazardous waste, electronics, furniture, or mattresses/box springs in or outside of the dumpster. The dumpsters may not be used to dispose of any materials removed during a renovation or update of any unit. The unit owner must ensure that contractor(s) understand these rules and make separate arrangements to remove all renovation debris from the property.
